Any organization is sustained by a rich network of communities. By understanding how these relationships work (and could work), I can generate a wealth of content ideas. Compelling digital content forges relationships, builds trust and establishes an organization’s place in the world.
I don’t build these ideas on blind guess-work, but on a quantitative and qualitative understanding of my users’ context. It’s this blend of research insights, critical thinking and creativity that make me an effective content creator, designer, and producer of interactive experiences.
